“A joyful heart is good medicine.” (Proverbs 17:22a ESV)

Unmitigated joy.  How else can you see serving our brothers & sisters in the name of our Lord God Jesus Christ?  We all should see this opportunity as a most JOYFUL one!

I frequently think of serving on a Cursillo team as a time to be able to wash others feet.  Just as Christ washed the feet of the disciples, so we alre offered the chance to wash the feet of some of his most precious sheep…

When you come to the Lord humbly, and seek the path he has paved for you prayerfully….when you ask him for discernment with a contrited heart…so will you be enlightened.

God will send his Holy Spirit to Camp St. Christopher this weekend (actually, I’m sure he’s there already…) to bless and sanctify Cursillo 171.  For it is only through the trinity we can be effective ministers of His will.

I am praying for each of you…and for each member of the participant “team” as we prepare for our journey to Camp, and our journey that is Cursillo 171.

I share one song with you this week…and I’ve shared it before…but it seems appropos.

Laura Story – Blessings

Cast your cares on Him because he cares for you – Simon Peter said that…in one of his letters (it’s early…not sure which one) but it makes me continually think that I hold tight to my worries…way more than He wants me to.  Cast your cares on him because he cares for you.

See you all on Wednesday!
