I just wanted to help

It occurs to me as I sit here that I can’t do this all alone. I wanted to do something for someone else and I couldn’t do it alone.

Why does it matter now? Because in that someone’s hour of need, I failed. I truly feel useless.

Planning an update to this, and hopefully a way to encourage women to stay healthy as they approach middle age. Change happening April 1!!

    We all fail sometimes. We all help sometimes-sometimes without even realizing we helped.
    Try not to beat yourself. Just do what you can do going forward.

    Your value is not based on one situation. Your value comes from who you are and your years of being there for so many people. You have value. You are valued.
